We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with ASWANI Sports. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of delivery.
Customised or personalised items.
Please note, we cannot accept returns for club teamwear which has been customised with a club logo or any other logo, nor for personalised items with initials or name/number. So it is important that you select the correct size for your needs. If in doubt, please contact us before ordering and we can help with specific sizing information.
Please contact us before returning any item to obtain a returns authorisation reference.
It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold and in their original packaging. This means that you should take care when opening your package and also securely re-package the items you wish to return. We will not accept return of goods that have been made to the customer's personal specifications.
It is important that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address, order number and reason for return. Please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund.
We recommend that you choose a suitable method of postage, eg. Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. Please retain your proof of postage in case the parcel is lost in transit and you have to make a claim.
You will receive a refund within 14 working days of us receiving the item(s) back, less any postage and packing costs you have paid. Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.
